Where does BabyUp ship?

• BabyUp currently ships to physical addresses in Europe and the UK, with worldwide delivery coming soon.

Is free shipping available for all orders?

• Yes, free shipping is available for orders in the countries mentioned above.

Can orders be shipped to P.O. Boxes?

• No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Where do BabyUp packages ship from?

• Packages are shipped from  a warehouse located in UK.

• How can I track my order?

• You will receive an email with your tracking number(s) when your order ships. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.

What if I didn’t receive a tracking email?

• Please check your spam/promotions/junk folder.
